Born In Wales , raised in the middle of the UK, Adrian landed in Cornwall
in 1996 to work at Margot's Bistro in Padstow, initially for a season , but like so many Cornwall got under his skin so he never left. After buying the bistro in 1999 Adrian spent the next 16 years quietly doing his own thing .
After Selling the Bistro in 2015 Adrian has spent time working with The Old Mill in Little Petherick,
Henk at Treviskers in Padstow and The Harbour Hotel in Padstow.
In July 2019 he acquired a Food Trailer, which was slowly turned into The Cornish Field Kitchen with help from family and friends. In 2020, due to Covid 19 Adrian like so many people was left with time to fill and no job to do ,so put all his energies into The Cornish Field Kitchen by starting to do Sticky Toffee Pudding by Post and A Saturday Night Delivery Service.
From Mid Sept CFK will be Adrian's full time occupation and because variety is the Spice of Life ,will be splitting his time between Street Food, Private Chef Services, Relief Work and developing more products for the Online Shop
